The Fresh Summer Truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt) is a truffle with a delicate flavour and a not very intense aroma, with notes ranging from hazelnut to undergrowth.
The size is mixed, from 10g to about 50g. The chosen weight will be composed with the availability of the day.
We guarantee the freshness of our truffles, purchasing the product directly from the truffle hunters and shipping within 24 hours from the "quarry".
CONSERVATION
Store for 5-7 days in the lower part of the refrigerator, inside an airtight glass or plastic container and wrapped in kitchen paper.
We recommend changing the paper daily. Wash the truffle only when using it.
Once washed, consume within 1-2 days.RECOMMENDED PORTION
The minimum recommended portion starts from 15g per person.
